Seeing beyond a persons brokenness and seeing the good inside them, just as God always sees the good in us, no matter how many times we mess up, is something we all should consider. In my philosophy of healthcare I believe all healthcare providers should communicate amongst each other and show their patients how determined they are to get them back their quality of life. During this process we should cheer on our patients by showing love, kindness, patience and by creating some type of connection with them. Having faith in our patients and in ourselves is one of the keys to the healing process. At the end of the day, the reward is not the money, it is the gift of showing compassion towards others such as God has provided us with.
