In my teen years, I’ve faced health obstacles that I still battle today. The times in which I was a patient, gave me the opportunities to know what it means to receive good healthcare. The individuals that cared for me were inadvertently teaching me how to properly care for patients. With this experience, I will have the opportunity to recognize the most important values of caring for a patient and as a result allowing me to care for patients in a more profound way. As a healthcare provider, my philosophy and my promise to all my patients is that I will lead everyday with an open mind, caring hands, compassion to aid others, and a faith in God.
