“My Philosophy of Healthcare is like a painted picture. Step closely and you see different blotches, splotches, lines and circles of different shapes and sizes. Step back you see the picture as a whole; as one. That is exactly my Philosophy of Healthcare. Each individual mark on that painting is meant to be there. Just as an individual is in a team of care givers. If that mark were to go missing, the picture as a whole would look incomplete, as would a team of care givers. Therefore, each individual in a healthcare setting plays a role. When everyone works together, the system can run smoothly and trust is gained amongst the coworkers. When you have all the pieces of the puzzle, it creates a beautiful picture.”Updated: April 12, 2011 - 3:18pm - by Yvette Saliba
