The Master Promissory Note (MPN) is your promise to repay the lender and must be completed before your loan can be processed. When completing the MPN please use your full legal name and this should match what you filed on the FAFSA and your record at FHCHS. You will need to supply two references that you have known for at least three years. You cannot use two references with the same address.
