This course includes lab exercises to accompany the didactic material covered in BIOL 151, including biomolecular functions, metabolic pathways, and diversity of microbiota and macrobiota. Three hours of lecture each week. This course satisfies the requirement for a major or minor in biology. A lab fee will be assessed.

A minimum score of 19 in science reasoning on the ACT or permission of the department chair.
